Dear Workstudy Participant:
We are excited that you have decided to join the 2023 ReParentive Therapy Training; to begin your journey as a ReParentive therapist!
To finish the sign up process:
- Read and sign this contract.
- You will receive more information about the training included in your welcome letter, such as the zoom url and a few things to prepare at least a week before the first meeting.
BINDING AGREEMENT:
- By submitting your information at the bottom of this Agreement, you irrevocably agree that this is a binding contract between you (the “Client”) and Pamela Rosin, MFT and ReParentive Therapy Training (the Company). By submitting your information and electronically signing this document, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
- Your contract for the Reparentive Therapy Training runs from the date signed, until December 31, 2023.
WHEN YOU SIGN THIS CONTRACT YOU ARE:
- Enrolling for the complete course
- Understand that the included intellectual property is protected
- Agreeing to the HIPAA Confidentiality agreement :
All communications between you and myself, Pamela Rosin LMFT, will be held in strict confidence unless you provide written permission to release information about your treatment. There are exceptions to confidentiality that are mandated by law. I am required to report instances of suspected child or elder abuse or neglect. I am also required to break confidentiality when I determine that a patient presents a serious danger of physical violence to another person or when a patient is dangerous to him or herself.

TUITION:
Upon acceptance into the training, the following is due within 7 days:
- This signed contract
- Your workstudy agreement with Pamela
- Either the balance of payment in full or the first installment if you’ve arranged a payment plan.
FEES AND REFUNDS:
Participant understands that the following fees will be charged when appropriate:
- Cancellation Policy: Full tuition cancellations made within 60 days or more in advance of the September 8 training start date will receive a 100% refund, less $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 45 days in advance of the September 8 training start date will receive a 50% refund, less $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within less than 45 days, will not receive a refund.
- Late fee or declined credit card fee: $30
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS:
- Will be provided for Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Psychologists.
- There is a $75 processing fee to purchase CE’s.
- You must attend in full, and not miss more than two (2) modules in order to obtain CE’s. CE’s cannot be provided if more than three (2) modules are missed.

Phase 1 ReParentive Therapy Professional Certificate Program
(20 hours worth of training plus 2 individual consultations-to be scheduled with Pamela)
10 two-hour Didactic & Experiential Sessions

Fridays 9/8-12/15 (no class on 10/27, 11/24)
9am-11am PST
PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- Two 30 minute consultations- to be scheduled with Pamela
- Access to video recordings during the course of the training for review & integration or to make up missed sessions due to absences
- Support to integrate new learning within your own therapeutic style.
CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
We respect your confidential and proprietary information that you will be sharing during the program, and will not disclose such information outside of the program parameters. You agree that all materials and information provided to you by the Company in connection with the program are its intellectual property. As a participant in the program, you agree not to reproduce, distribute or sell the materials. In addition, you agree to respect the confidentiality and intellectual property of other participants as well.
DISCLAIMER OF REPRESENTATION:
The Company has made every effort to accurately represent the Program and its potential. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
Your satisfaction and success with this program depends on many factors, including your background, dedication, desire, and motivation.
IMPORTANT: RECORDING OF SESSIONS:
Training sessions will be recorded. The Company will record elements of the Program, and such recordings may be used in the future by the Company in the marketing of its services and in the creation of products, packages, programs, bonuses and special offers. The Company is also sensitive to confidentiality issues and will honor requests from clients to exclude from use video and audio recordings deemed too confidential or personal.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the Program, and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements and understandings with respect thereto. This Agreement may only be amended by a written document executed by all parties.
MEDIATION/CHOICE OF LAWS/JURISDICTION
The laws of the state of California shall govern the validity, construction and effect of this Agreement. The parties agree that any disputes that may arise as a result of this Agreement will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved on terms satisfactory to both parties, the parties shall in good faith enter into mediation to resolve the dispute. The parties shall mutually agree to an impartial trained mediator, and such mediation shall take place in Alameda County, California. Such mediation shall be binding. Upon failure to mediate any such disputes in good faith, the parties may resolve the dispute through any other legal means available, including arbitration or litigation.
