How do I register for training?
The first step is to set up a free planning call with Pamela. From there you can ask questions and take the next steps.
Can I get CEs for the training?
Yes, there are 30 CEs available. In order to get CEs, you must not miss more than two sessions.
Are there accommodations for different learning styles?
Yes. The course is designed to be very experiential and learning is integrated via various channels.

I'm not yet licensed as a therapist, can I participate?
Yes, absolutely! This training can start your practice off with a solid foundation and clear direction for your niche as you launch as a therapist. If you’re a somatic coach or do similar work with trauma, feel free to reach out as well.
What is the cancelation policy?
Full tuition cancellations made within 60 days or more in advance of the March 7, 2025 training start date will receive a 100% refund, less a $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 45 days in advance of the March 7, 2025 training start date will receive a 50% refund, less a $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within less than 45 days, will not receive a refund.
What is the time commitment?
Group Module:
- 10 Three-hour virtual Friday sessions 9 am–noon Pacific Standard Time starts March 7, 2025
- Saturday March 8, 2025 9 am–noon
- Saturday May 17, 2025 9 am–noon
What if I miss a session? Can I catch up?
Is it important which order I take the modules?
No, it’s fine to take Foundations and Filling Our Cup First on their own or in any order.
Is there a discount for BIPOC folks?
Yes, the BIPOC Scholarship is $200 off (10%) and it’s fine to combine it with other discounts
Is there an early bird discount?
Yes, save $200 when you register before December 31, 2024.
Can discounts be combined?
Yes, before December 31, BIPOC folks can receive $200 off ($1795) plus an additional 10% off. For a total of $1595
And you can combine any special coupons with other discounts.
What if I am a past participant of Growing Ourselves Whole, is there a discount to take the training?
Yes, you can have $500 off Filling Our Cup First.
