Responding to the Moment—Monthly Mini Retreats
First Thursdays of the month!
The foundation of ReParentive Therapy is interactive responsivity to wounds of the past and needs in the present.
ReParentive Therapy presents a monthly hour long Mini-Retreat for psychotherapists (or similar) who work with developmental trauma in this time of collective emotional volatility and dysregulation.
These retreats are designed to promote release and restoration, to build resources and cultivate resilience. Start with your own nervous system, leave with tools to sustain yourself and your clients.
Hosted via Zoom on the first Thursdays of the month at 5-6pm Pacific on a drop-in basis. But we hope you’ll make a habit of joining us, because of the momentum you’ll gain and because of the reciprocal group field you’ll participate in, as each month’s practices and explorations layer upon prior sessions.
Why Thursday evenings?
We’ll meet for an hour toward the end of our week, at the end of the day, for virtual hour together to release what we’ve been carrying. We’ll close out the week more available to ourselves, our clients, and to the present moment.
Your investment in you: $25/session*
Or $20/each~ Get one free session when you register for 4
*Please inquire if you need sliding scale rates. We want your participation.
Each session will have a theme and will include such things as:
mindfulness, embodiment practices, nervous system resourcing, interactive-regulation, breathing practices, a range of resources, drawing from modern and ancient wisdom traditions, neuroscience and somatic psychotherapy.
Weekly themes:
September 19: Resourcing tools
September 26: Deep nourishment and how to move from a place of less effort
October 3: Spirals of Healing
November 7: Regulating Reactivity & Resourcing for Responsivity
December 5: Getting Comfy with Boundaries
Times are so intense, they’re calling on us to take the healing to the next level. Let’s take it to the cellular level to create change that starts with our own bodies and nervous systems.
We’ll meet you in the field!
