ReParentive® Therapy Training

Deepen your clinical skills and your capacity to be present for the clients who need you most.

Over the years, I’ve met many thoughtful, skilled therapists who tell me a similar story. They understand trauma. They’ve studied attachment, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and nervous system regulation. And yet there are clients who still leave them wondering:

Why do some people understand their patterns so well, yet continue to recreate them?

How do we move beyond insight into lasting transformation?

Those questions inspired me to develop ReParentive® Therapy.

I believe healing happens most powerfully through safe, authentic relationships. While clinical knowledge is essential, I also believe that who we are as therapists—our capacity for presence, regulation, authenticity, and connection—shapes what becomes possible in the therapy room.

That’s why my trainings invite therapists to deepen both their clinical skills and their own personal growth.

More Than a Set of Clinical Skills

ReParentive® Therapy Training is an integrative approach to healing developmental trauma and the lasting impact of invalidating childhoods.

My work brings together mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic psychology, attachment theory, experiential learning, and relational healing to help clients move beyond survival and into lives rooted in greater self-trust, connection, and belonging.

As therapists, we don’t simply teach these principles, we embody them.

Throughout my trainings, I’ll invite you to explore not only how to work differently with your clients, but how your own nervous system, boundaries, and self-awareness influence the healing relationship. I believe that is the key. ReParentive Therapy is relational and responsive at all levels.

In Our Work Together, You’ll Learn To:

  • Better understand the impact of invalidating childhoods and developmental trauma.
  • Recognize the relational patterns that keep clients feeling stuck.
  • Integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and experiential practices into your clinical work.
  • Work more confidently with shame, attachment wounds, and emotional dysregulation.
  • Explore countertransference with greater curiosity and compassion.
  • Strengthen your own nervous system regulation and capacity for co-regulation.
  • Create therapeutic relationships that foster lasting transformation.
  • Integrate ReParentive® Therapy into your existing clinical approach.

Why Personal Growth Matters

One of the things that makes this training different is that I don’t separate professional development from personal growth.

I’ve found that the therapists who create the deepest change for their clients are those who are willing to do their own inner work.

Together, we’ll explore how your own relational history, nervous system, and patterns show up in the therapy room—not to become perfect therapists, but to become more grounded, more authentic, and more available for the people we serve.

Along the way, you’ll be deeply held, nourished, supported by a cohort of therapists, with ample servings of laughter and belonging.

My hope is that you’ll leave not only with new clinical tools, but with a deeper capacity to embody them.

The Training Pathway

I’ve designed my trainings as a progressive pathway that supports both your professional development and your personal growth.

Note: the courses can be taken in any order.

Foundations in ReParentive® Therapy Training

This is where we begin.

Together we’ll explore the principles of ReParentive® Therapy, developmental trauma, invalidating childhoods, and the clinical practices that support lasting healing.

You’ll leave with practical tools you can immediately begin integrating into your work with clients.

Ideal if you’re looking to:

  • Expand your understanding of developmental trauma
  • Feel more confident with complex relational dynamics
  • Learn practical interventions you can use right away
  • Develop a richer, more relational therapeutic approach

Filling Our Cup First

I believe the most powerful way to understand this work is to experience it yourself.

This experiential training invites therapists to participate in the same kind of relational healing community we hope to create for our clients.

Together we’ll explore what it means to practice regulation, authenticity, healthy boundaries, and compassionate relationships, not only as clinicians, but as human beings.

Many therapists tell me this becomes one of the most meaningful parts of their professional journey.

Growing Ourselves Whole Facilitator Training

For therapists who wish to facilitate Growing Ourselves Whole, I offer advanced training focused on group leadership, relational safety, experiential facilitation, pacing, and creating communities where profound healing can unfold.

Consultation & Certification

Learning and support don’t end with my trainings.

I offer consultation to support therapists as they begin integrating ReParentive® Therapy into their clinical work and, for those pursuing certification, while leading their first Growing Ourselves Whole groups.

Who These Trainings Are For

This work may be a good fit if you:

  • Work with developmental trauma, attachment wounds, or chronic shame
  • Feel there were gaps in your clinical training
  • Feel drawn to relational, experiential, and somatic approaches
  • Want practical clinical tools you can immediately apply.
  • Are feeling burned out from enactments with clients
  • Believe the therapist’s presence is central to healing
  • Are willing to engage in your own personal growth alongside your professional development
  • Long for a community of therapists who are curious, compassionate, and committed to lifelong learning.

Learning in Community

Some of the richest learning (and healing) happens in relationship.

My trainings are designed to be more than educational experiences. They’re communities of thoughtful clinicians who are willing to ask honest questions, take meaningful risks, and support one another as they continue growing.

I hope you’ll leave feeling not only more skilled, but more connected to yourself, your colleagues, and the work that first called you into this profession.

I’d Love to Welcome You

Whether you’re looking for new clinical tools, a deeper understanding of developmental trauma, or a community that supports both your professional and personal growth, I’d be honored to learn alongside you.
