Is this work for me?
You may have found your way here because something in your life isn’t working the way you’d hoped. Perhaps you’ve spent years trying to understand yourself, reading books, going to therapy, practicing mindfulness, or doing everything you can to heal, but you still find yourself feeling stuck in familiar patterns.
Or maybe you’ve only recently begun wondering whether your childhood shaped you more than you realized. Perhaps you grew up with a parent with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or in another chronically invalidating environment, and you’re beginning to recognize the lasting impact of developmental trauma on your relationships, nervous system, and sense of self.
Wherever you are, you’re welcome here.
I help adults heal from developmental trauma and the lasting impact of invalidating childhoods so they can move beyond survival, trust themselves more deeply, and experience greater connection, belonging, and love in their lives.
This work may resonate with you if…
You often feel responsible for other people’s emotions.
You find yourself putting everyone else’s needs ahead of your own.
You struggle to trust yourself, even when you know something isn’t right.
You replay conversations, wondering if you said the wrong thing.
You long for deeper, healthier relationships but find yourself repeating familiar patterns.
You feel like you’re always “on,” rarely able to truly rest or relax.
You carry a harsh inner critic that tells you you’re too much…or not enough.
You’ve done a lot of healing work, but something still doesn’t feel settled inside.
You often feel alone in your experience, even when you’re surrounded by people.
You may have grown up…
With a parent or caregiver whose emotions felt unpredictable.
Feeling like your needs, feelings, or reality weren’t fully welcomed or understood.
Learning to stay hyperaware of other people’s moods in order to feel safe.
Believing that love had to be earned by being helpful, successful, or taking care of everyone else.
Whether or not your childhood looked difficult from the outside, your nervous system may still be carrying the imprint of those early experiences.
My Approach
I believe healing happens through new experiences of safety, authentic relationships, and compassionate curiosity.
Together, we’ll gently explore the ways your past continues to shape your present, not to dwell there, but to create more freedom, more choice, and more self-trust moving forward.
My work combines mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and relational healing to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always been worthy of love and belonging.
You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone
Healing isn’t about becoming someone different, it’s about coming home to yourself.
Whether you’re interested in individual therapy, Growing Ourselves Whole (my transformational healing community), or simply beginning to explore what healing might look like, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
If you’ve been reading this page and quietly thinking, “This sounds like me,” I invite you to reach out. Together, we can explore whether this work feels like the right next step for you.
