Participate in pioneering a new tier
of community healing at ReParentive® Therapy:
Be a home group leader for fall 2026 Growing Ourselves Whole
As a past participant of a Level 2 or a therapist who has trained with me, you’re cordially invited to revisit the experience (and see how far you’ve come!) while offering support to others as they experience the group for the first time. I see this as you being a medicine carrier with me and together we’ll midwife this new healing paradigm.
Inhabit your own growth and feel into your next steps for your own evolution
What you get:
- A daylong retreat where we create the sacred circle to hold this journey
-
- We’ll do some ritual together
- There will be food!
- Sauna time
I’ll teach you: - Interpersonal and group facilitation skills plus tracking skills that you can carry in to your life and work
- I will provide you with enough guidance and structure that you can relax into supporting group members. It’s my job to hold the whole structure and it’s my job to support you. It will always be as clear as possible what your task is.
- I’ll also clarify how much to self-reveal. We’ll talk about: What is it to be honest, authentic, and contained.
- You’ll get a behind the scenes view of how and why I do things.Note: You’re already expert trackers just from growing up in the circumstances that you did.
The timing for the retreat will be collectively determined, on a weekend day in September or October, doodle forthcoming
It will be in person if possible, depending on participants
2. Weekly support, check ins and review of somatic resources
Before: We’ll meet at 4:30pm PST to check in and ground together for 30 minutes before group begins
I’ll help you anchor the self regulation practices from group so that you can embody them more and add to your toolbox, (day to day, not just in group)
You can deliberately take in the co-regulation of the cohort before others arrive.
During: Your role will be home group leader. Depending on enrollment, I will create smaller groups that allow participants to really get to know a smaller group.
You’ll have a chance to revisit the group from a new perspective, refreshing what you got when you first did the group. It can be deeply satisfying to offer hope for people who are encountering this work for the first time. You get to be in the role of wise elder here. You might be needed as a dyad partner. It would be super powerful if you share about growth that you’ve experienced either in the big group or in your home groups.
After: We’ll spend half hour together after the group ends. Grab a snack or dinner and we’ll debrief about insights and report back about participants in your home groups. We’ll celebrate the healing that is happening. We’ll anchor what we’re witnessing for each other and be able to bring that back to our home groups.
When I lead these groups, pretty much without fail, every time I close my computer after a session I feel a surge of joy that this is the healing that the world desperately needs. I’m so excited to share this experience with you, from behind the scenes.
What I roughly envision a typical session will look like:
You will support home group check ins for 15 minutes at the beginning and debrief the experiential activity with your home group for about 15 minutes later during class. The rest of the time you’ll get to participate and listen. I’m mapping out each session and the format will be determined by how many people enroll.
3. If desired Closure Party
Details TBD, based on availability and whether we have the spoons. I don’t want to add more obligations, but if it’s fun, bring it!
What is asked of you:
- Attendance Of course attendance always matters to a group. Your role will be a layer of the holding container so in this case, your attendance will be really important. I ask you to do your best to commit to attend all sessions:
Mondays 4:30pm-7:30pm (this includes our time 30 minutes before and after group)
October 26-January 11 (no meetings on 11/23 or 12/28)Of course life happens and sometimes we get sick but the hope is that you can attend otherwise.
This relates to the ReParentive principle Predictability. We aim to create continuity and consistency as an antidote to the wound. - Tracking You’ll be important ears to track if there’s a group member who is struggling.
This will include keeping some simple notes on how each home group member is doing. - Participation You’ll be involved as a home group leader, as part of the leadership team and as a member of the community. You’ll be an important part of this relational, responsive, evolving collaboration. And I am so excited to welcome you!

There’s more space in me for love because the shame is getting smaller.
I wanted for a long time to connect with other people who came from monstrous backgrounds, but who weren’t becoming monsters too. This group helped me find a peace my ancestors couldn’t envision.
I see past the trauma to the person I am.
