Growing Ourselves Whole

Level 1 ~ Starts October 26

Heal the lasting impact of an invalidating childhood in the company of others who truly understand.

If you’ve spent years trying to understand why relationships feel so hard, why you struggle to trust yourself, or why your nervous system never seems to fully relax, you are not alone.

Many people who join Growing Ourselves Whole have spent years reading books, going to therapy, practicing mindfulness, and doing everything they can to heal. They’ve gained insight, but still find themselves repeating familiar patterns, questioning themselves, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions.

This group offers something different.

Rather than simply talking about healing, you’ll experience it through compassionate relationships, embodied practices, an attuned learning pace, and the transformative power of a supportive community.

Perhaps you grew up with a parent or caregiver who:

  • Had significant emotional swings or unpredictable reactions
  • Struggled to regulate their emotions
  • Criticized, dismissed, minimized, or questioned your feelings
  • Expected you to care for their emotional needs
  • Created an environment where you learned to stay vigilant, adaptable, or invisible in order to feel safe

Whether or not your parent was ever diagnosed with *Borderline Personality Disorder, “emotionally immature parents,” and for anyone who grew up in an invalidating or unsafe environment, these early experiences may still be shaping your life today.

You may find yourself:

  • Twisting yourself into knots to earn love or approval
  • Constantly monitoring other people’s emotions
  • Struggling to trust yourself or your instincts
  • Feeling exhausted from always trying to get it right
  • Repeating painful relationship patterns
  • Feeling disconnected from yourself
  • Longing for relationships that feel safe, mutual, and nourishing
  • Wanting a healthy family – a new one, or for your family of origin to feel healthier
  • Wondering why, despite years of healing work, something still doesn’t feel settled inside

*This group is applicable for all adult children of parents of BPD, NPD, cluster B personality disorders, complex developmental wounding/trauma, ASD, Dissociative Disorders (DDNOS)

What makes this group different?

Healing from an invalidating childhood isn’t just about gaining insight. Healing requires new experiences.

In Growing Ourselves Whole, you’ll be part of a carefully held group where compassion, healthy boundaries, consistency, and authentic relationships create the conditions for lasting change.

Together, we’ll integrate:

  • Mindfulness practices
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Trauma-informed and somatic approaches
  • Shared reflection and story
  • Practical tools for everyday life
  • The healing power of being witnessed and understood by others with similar experiences

Many participants describe the group as the first place they’ve felt deeply seen without needing to perform, fix themselves, or take care of everyone else, and experience a level of safety and belonging that becomes a new blueprint for their lives.

Through this work, participants begin to:

  • Trust themselves more deeply
  • Quiet chronic self-criticism
  • Experience greater ease in their bodies
  • Build healthier boundaries without guilt
  • Create more reciprocal relationships
  • Feel less alone
  • Understand the impact of growing up in an invalidating environment and cultivate compassion towards themselves
  • Move beyond survival toward greater connection, belonging, and self-compassion
  • Allow more love in their lives

About the Facilitator

Pamela Rosin, LMFT is the founder of ReParentive® Therapy and a Certified Hakomi Therapist with a deep commitment to helping people heal from the lasting impact of invalidating childhoods.

A facilitator, mentor, teacher and guide, Pamela knows this work not only as a therapist, but as someone who has walked her own path of healing. Her desire to understand what truly creates lasting transformation—and the successes she has witnessed in countless clients—led her to develop ReParentive® Therapy: a relational, somatic approach that integrates mindfulness, nervous system regulation, embodied practices, and the healing power of authentic human connection.

Participants consistently describe Pamela as someone who creates an extraordinary sense of safety while gently inviting people into meaningful growth. She is known for her warmth, authenticity, humor, and ability to hold compassionate boundaries that allow people to feel deeply seen, accepted, and supported. Many share that being in one of her groups is the first time they’ve experienced a true sense of belonging.

Underlying all of Pamela’s work is a simple but enduring commitment: the promise she made to her younger self—to return, to heal, and to help others do the same. She is fueled by an urgency for collective healing, a devotion to social justice, and an unwavering belief in people’s capacity to transform when met with safety, authenticity, and love. Through Growing Ourselves Whole, she creates a community where these experiences become possible, helping participants move beyond survival and into lives rooted in greater self-trust, connection, and freedom.

Participant Reflections

Level 2

Deepen the healing. Practice a new way of being.

For many participants, Growing Ourselves Whole is the first time they’ve experienced what it feels like to be truly seen, understood, and supported in a community of people who share similar life experiences.

Level 1 offers a powerful foundation. It helps participants understand how an invalidating childhood may have shaped their nervous system, relationships, and sense of self while introducing new ways of relating to themselves with greater compassion and awareness. But healing doesn’t happen through insight alone – it happens through practice.

Level 2 is an ongoing healing community for graduates of Growing Ourselves Whole who are ready to continue integrating what they’ve learned into everyday life.

Together, we notice old patterns as they arise. We experiment with new ways of responding, we learn to trust ourselves a little more deeply, and we continue building the kinds of relationships we have longed for – grounded in authenticity, healthy boundaries, compassion, and mutual support.

Through the support of the group and Pamela’s skilled facilitation, participants have the opportunity to move beyond understanding these concepts intellectually and begin embodying them in their daily lives.

In Level 2, you’ll continue to develop:

  • Greater self-trust and self-compassion
  • The ability to regulate your nervous system during life’s challenges
  • Healthier boundaries and more authentic relationships
  • Confidence expressing your needs and emotions
  • A deeper sense of belonging and connection
  • Practical ways to interrupt long-standing survival patterns
  • The courage to bring your authentic self into the world
  • A community who celebrates your wins

Many participants describe Level 2 as the place where the work begins to feel less like something they’re learning and more like who they’re becoming.

Level 2 is open to past participants of Growing Ourselves Whole. We look forward to deepening with you.
