Growing Ourselves Whole~ ReParentive® Group for Adults who have a Loved One with Borderline Personality Disorder*

*This group is applicable for all adult children of parents of BPD, NPD, cluster B personality disorders, complex developmental wounding/trauma, Dissociative Disorders (DDNOS), “emotionally immature parents,” and for anyone who grew up in an invalidating or unsafe environment.

If while growing up, your parent/sibling/loved one:

  • had a history of trauma
  • had extreme emotional swings
  • took everything personally

and you:

  • twisted yourself into knots to try to get your parent’s love
  • found your reality was constantly negated
  • longed for nourishment and felt despair

Despite your loved one functioning well in the world, at home things were chaotic. They may have had traits or full features of what is referred to as Borderline Personality Disorder. It is hard to spot when you grow up inside it.
You may find it challenging to set boundaries, trust yourself, and feel at ease in your body. Perhaps you’ve tried many ways to heal and still feel stuck.
This ten-week group will incorporate mindfulness, trauma healing, story sharing, emotional regulation skills. You will receive mirroring, integration, and the support of community.
Group therapy can dissolve your sense of isolation.

This group is for you if:

  • If you feel hesitant to reply to this group because it feels like an act of betrayal of your parent
  • If you’re scared that you might have patterns of BPD in yourself

Come be in our circle.
