What if you could offer yourself the same tenderness you so naturally give to someone you love?
If you grew up in an invalidating or unpredictable environment, learning to comfort yourself may not come naturally
You may be wonderful at noticing what other people need
You may know how to care for them, reassure them, make things easier, or help them feel safe
But turning that same loving attention toward yourself can feel surprisingly difficult
The Beloved Practice is a free 10-minute guided ReParentive® practice to help you begin experiencing something different
A 10-minute practice for coming home to yourself
In this gentle, embodied practice, I’ll guide you through an experience of connecting with the loving, caring presence that may already exist within you and beginning to turn some of that tenderness toward yourself
Rather than trying to convince yourself to feel differently, we’ll start with something your nervous system may already know: what it feels like to love and care for someone precious to you
And then, gently, we’ll explore what happens when some of that same love is offered back to you

A little about me
I’m Pamela Rosin, LMFT, founder of ReParentive® Therapy.
For more than two decades, I’ve worked with people healing from developmental trauma and the lasting impact of invalidating childhoods—including those who grew up around emotional unpredictability, chronic invalidation, or a parent or loved one with Borderline Personality Disorder.
I developed ReParentive Therapy from a belief that healing isn’t simply about understanding what happened to us.
Sometimes we need to experience something different
More safety
More compassion
More connection
And, over time, a loving internal presence that reminds us
You are worthy of the same tenderness you so readily offer to those you love
