The Daughter Who Couldn’t Rest: Rewriting the Legacy of Never Enough

3-Hour Experiential Workshop

September 19
10am-1pm PST via Zoom

Ready to stop striving and finally feel ease?

Come Home to Yourself!

As the child of a parent with Borderline Personality Disorder or who was similarly emotionally unpredictable or unavailable you may find that your patterns (outdated strategies for surviving your childhood) get in the way of your thriving.

And it might be almost threatening to slow down and rest!

The idea for this workshop came to me after I made this video for instagram ->

Heal the “never enough” wound through real-time relational repair, somatic tools, and a deeply nourishing group experience.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF:
  • You are high-achieving but feel chronically exhausted underneath
  •
You over-function in relationships or feel responsible for others’ emotions
  • You struggle to rest without guilt or anxiety
  • You can’t shake internalized blame and shame
  • You yearn for healthy partnership and family
  • Your nervous system is so vigilant, it’s practically impossible to do nothing
  • You want to learn more about ReParentive Therapy
  • You are welcome regardless of your or your parent’s gender identity

 Come be in the circle!

You deserve this.

There is nothing wrong with you.

This is developmental trauma—and it lives in the body and in relationship.

Why this wound runs so deep

When the person you needed for love, safety, and reflection
was also unable to truly attune to you…

You learned to:

  • Twist yourself in knots to try for approval
  • Stay hyper-aware of others
  • Override your own needs
  • Maintain connection at all costs

Your system adapted brilliantly.

But this comes at a cost:

Exhaustion. Perfectionism. Shame. Disconnection from self.

What makes this workshop different

This is not just insight.
This is not just talking about your past.

This is a ReParentive® Therapy experience—a relational, somatic approach that creates real-time repair.

Experience:

  • Relational healing in the moment—not just understanding, but felt repair
  • Somatic practices to help your nervous system shift out of overdrive
  • Guided experiential exercises that help shine a light on core beliefs
  • A deeply supportive group field where you are seen, validated, and feel an end to your isolation

Healing moves from a cognitive experience to a felt experience, which makes it more impactful and lasting.

You’ll walk away with

  • A felt understanding of your “never enough” pattern—and where it lives in your body, plus its origin in your past
  • Tools to begin shifting out of over-functioning and into self-connection
  • A new experience of being received without having to perform
  • A sense of relief: nothing is wrong with you

And perhaps most importantly—
a first glimpse of what it feels like to rest while still being worthy of love.

This workshop is also a nourishing retreat space.

The part of you that keeps striving…
is the same part that still yearns to be fully met.

That hope is not wrong.
It just hasn’t been fulfilled

This workshop is an opportunity to begin rewriting that relational blueprint in a way that allows for:

  • Ease
  • Connection
  • And real, sustainable self-love

If something in you feels a quiet “yes”— even if it’s mixed with hesitation — that’s worth listening to.

Join us.

You deserve this.

What happens when the person we needed for attachment was also the person we needed to protect ourselves from?
